Maybank-Maxis Mobile Financial Services
 

Maybank-Maxis Mobile Financial Services offers Maybank and Maybank Finance customers a mobile financial channel to top-up via Short Messaging Services (SMS). Both Maxis prepaid and postpaid customers can register via Maybank2u.com

How to register at Maybank2u.com:
     
 
   
  • Go to "Registration/Account Maintenance".
   
  • Key in your mobile phone number and choose your preferred account for mobile banking transactions. If your registration is successful, you will receive confirmation via SMS.
To activate the service
 
  • Key in the letter "A" followed by a space and your 6-digit numeric password and send to 32122 via SMS.
   
  • You may now proceed to register your TELELINK account and perform top-up.
 
     
Maxis customer with 64K SIM card may use the EasyAccess menu for these services. Call Maxis Customer Service, 03-7492 2123 to request for the new menu.

If you need assistance, call Maybank Customer Service Hotline at 1-300-88-6688 or 603-7844 3696 (Overseas) (24 hours daily, including holidays) or Maxis Customer Service at 03-7492 2123, (Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm).
