IVR service is available from 8 am to 8 pm daily. You are guided by voice prompts when you play 3D/1+3D/IBOX, horse racing, enquire your Telelink card balance and/or make horse racing enquiries.

The IVR service can be accessed from any push button telephone and mobile phones.

 

The following options are available:

  • 3D/1+3D
  • 3D/1+3D Box
  • IBOX
  • 3D/1+3D Results

Horse Racing
 

The following options are available for horse racing:

  • Investment on Horse Racing
  • Approximate odds on selected horses for current race
  • Approximate odds on 4 top favorites for current race
  • Race results
  • Scratchings
Placing Your Bets
 
  • Dial the IVR location of your choice:

  • Select your language

  • Enter your TELELINK account number and press # key

  • Enter your PIN
    After which, your TELELINK account balance is read back to you.

  • Follow the voice prompts to make your choice of investments i.e. 3D/1+3D/IBOX and/or horse racing.

  • Listen carefully when the IVR confirm your bets.
    Investments cannot be cancelled or amended once you have confirmed you investment.
