The balance in your TELELINK account may comprise of both your deposits (top up) and prize winnings. Your hourse racing investments payouts are credited to your TELELINK account after the conclusion of each race, thereby making funds readily available for your next investments. Payout for the numbers forecast games are credited after the draw; at the end of day.

You can withdraw your winnings by caling customer service at 1 300 88 4636 . We will bank in the cheque to your bank account on the same day of your request. You will receive your money on the next working day if your bank account is from our panel of banks. Please refer to "Top Up Channels" for our panel banks.

If you prefer, you can request for your winnings to be banked in for you on every Monday. Call our customer service at 1 300 88 4636 to sign up for "Standing Instruction Withdrawals"*. Additionally, you can withdraw your winnings at any Telelink Service Centers. You can request for cash up to a maximum of RM5,000 at the Telelink Service Centers.

*Standing Instruction Withdrawals

You will set a balance limit on your Telelink account. If your accumulative balance exceeded the balance limit you set at the end of day on Sunday, we will remit any excess money to your nominated bank account on the next business day. You can call our customer service helpdesk to cancel the Standing Instruction withdrawal anytime if the need arise.
